Accomplish Your Healthy Weight Goal Resolutions


Get a solid start on your New Year’s resolution to live a happier and healthier year through creating an optimal weight for your body.  Each of us is unique with our body types and the particular weight that feels best upon our bodies.  If you feel you are currently at a weight that is less than ideal for you (too much or too little), get on the path to creating a more comfortable body weight and shape through acupuncture, herbs and lifestyle modifications.
