Denver & Santa Fe Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient medical practice dating back more than 3,000 years. The holistic philosophy behind the medicine believes that the body and mind are interconnected and work together as an energetic system. It is not uncommon during the course of our daily activities for our bodies to become taxed from social and environmental stresses, improper dietary habits and lack of exercise. From the lens of a Chinese Medical Practitioner, it is causative factors such as these that create energetic imbalances and over time may lead to pathologic physiological developments.
Acupuncture uses very thin, solid needles to balance the body's internal energies ("qi") through a variety of time-tested points which influence energy pathways within the body. Typically a painless procedure, acupuncture can treat a myriad of conditions ranging from headaches, pain disorders, digestive symptoms, women's issues, respiratory disorders and stress related symptoms.

New Patient Visit and Fees

We will meet for an in-depth interview to discuss your health issues and needs. A full acupuncture treatment and advice for herbal treatment will be provided, as well as discussion regarding the future course of your treatment. Please allow one and a half hours for your initial visit.
Treatment Fees
$80
Includes herbal consultation and various Asian healing modalities (cupping, gua sha and moxibustion), when appropriate. Each visit lasts approximately 45 minutes to one hour.

Auricular (Ear) Treatment Series

Auricular acupuncture is going to have its maximum benefits if you commit to regular treatment. Series pricing is significantly reduced to encourage patients to maximize their healthcare efforts.
Chinese Herbal Therapy
Herbal therapies (used alone or in conjunction with acupuncture) are able to treat most acute and chronic health issues as well as stress, addictions and other psyche-based conditions. Chinese Herbal Medicines are usually combinations of several herbs combined into a "patent" formula (like a recipe) that subtly adjust the body through consistent application. Some of these formula are nearly 2000 years old!
Herbal therapy is provided with each acupuncture appointment. After your initial appointment you can opt for herbal-only appointments.
($40 follow-up herbal treatment)
Nutrition and Wellness Counseling
Food can either be used as medicine or it can be poison. As a practitioner of Chinese Medicine, I advise patients on optimal food choices to support their health. Simple changes in your diet can help alleviate or reduce acute and chronic issues within your body. Fueling your body with appropriate foods will speed up the success of your acupuncture treatments and affect your overall health in the present and future. Discover which food choices will help you accelerate your overall health and healing.
